Return or Exchange policy for item(s) purchased from EAST furniture LLC.

EAST furniture LLC offers to customers our return policy at the time of  the delivery or pick up written on the invoice/receipt. We proudly offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery/pick up for 100% value of the items beside the value of the services ( any shipping or assembly fee(s) that occurred ). Once delivered and accepted, the item(s) are returnable or exchangeable only with the original invoice, accepted claim number and the item(s) in the original packaging and  they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise(s) that we are unable to be replaced or repaired. Returns/Exchanges made after the item(s) have been accepted must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 7544652054. Special orders and special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be returned/exchanged; NO exceptions. The actual cost of shipping the item(s) or assembly fee will not be credited or refunded. If store credit issued it will be valid for one year from the date issued. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 14 calendar days of delivery or pick up. Claims received after 14 calendar days of delivery or pick up will not and can not be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.  

Return policy for mattress(es) purchased from EAST furniture LLC.

Mattresses are final sale items, which are both non-returnable and non-refundable. There will be no returns or refunds for mattresses only if they are in the original packaging unsealed and unopened, within 7 days of purchase, with the original invoice. no exceptions.

All refunds are processed in the following manner: credit or debit card transactions placed online or in the store are refunded online within 7 business days of the refund request/approval date, cash or ZELLE transfers/transactions are refunded in the form of a Company Check and refund invoice, which is sent by mail within 3 business days from the refund request/approval date.

Manufacturer's warranty
EAST Furniture LLC grants or implies no warranties on any products beside the defective warranty for 14 days from the purchased date. All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturers' warranties, which are typically included in the packaging of the product(s). If warranty service are provided by the manufacturer, contact  our customer service center at 7544652054 and we will contact the manufacturer with a claim. EAST furniture LLC will charge an inspection fee of $45.00 USD (if necessary to drive to the location), plus additional freight charges and pick-up/ delivery fees involved in servicing your product(s).

Terms & Conditions 


All card transactions are subject to process fee of aditional 3.99% of the price. This is a fee collected by the merchant company, East Furniture LLC doesnt receive any cost of the process fee. Cash or Zelle trqnsactions will be the prices listed on the website or in the store plus the sales tax.


Our products include a 14 day warranty solely covering factory defects. When filing warranty claims, clear photos must be sent to for review prior to determination made by Meridian Furniture, Inc. All original packaging and contents must be kept in tact for claims processing.

All merchandise picked up from East Furniture. MUST be fully inspected at the time of pickup. At the time delivery, all merchandise MUST be fully inspected for damage. Delivery person must be noted with detailed description of any damage found at the time of inspection/receipt of merchandise. Any damage incurred after the time of pickup from our warehouse must be resolved by filing a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 14 days from delivery date noted on invoice.

NOTE: No exceptions or replacement will be issued for broken glass or marble under any circumstances.

Replacement parts are available upon request, within the warranty period. 

As with any handmade furniture, some variations in finish, symmetry, and design are normal and not considered defects. Natural cracks in wood ("checking") is normal and not considered a defect. Product dimensions listed on our website are the closest possible approximate and minor variations are considered normal.

We cannot guarantee that the color (dye lot) of product(s) purchased will be exactly the same as shown at a dealer or of previously purchased product(s). The color (dye lot) of fabrics & [faux] leathers may vary from one batch to the next due to the nature of the commercial dying process.


Any order cancellations must take place prior to deposit summited for an order. If an order is cancelled while in processing, customer is responsible for full outbound & return shipping cost. Your return will be processed upon receipt at our returns facility,  subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any transit/delivery times provided are estimates which are not guaranteed delivery dates and subject to shipping carriers ability to deliver, varying based on each carrier's availability and delivery frequency to the shipping address of each order. Shipping carriers will normally contact the delivery phone number provided 1-2 days prior to arrival in order to schedule a delivery date and estimated time window.


East Furniture is not liable for special, punitive, incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from our products, handling or use of any goods, or from any other cause  Further, in no event shall East Furniture be liable for any damages or other amounts for any reason whatsoever in excess of the purchase price of the goods. Manufacturer's liability may be further limited, as per the terms of the Manufacturer's warranty. Any claim by Buyer or Agent with reference to the goods sold by East Furniture shall be deemed waived by Buyer and/or Agent unless submitted to East Furniture, as applicable, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date Buyer and/or Agent discovered, or should have discovered, any claimed breach.
